00a19792a4 add CLP Bulgarian translation lookup table from Official Journal 
- Extracted from CLP Reg. (EC) 1272/2008 — OJ L 353, 31.12.2008
- 62 section headings, 3 H-codes, 34 P-codes, 83 field translations
- All H/P-statements: official EU translations verbatim from OJ
- Full multi-language dump (191 codes, 23 EU languages): refs/clp-translations.json
- BG-specific lookup: refs/bg-sds-translations.json
- Script: scripts/build-bg-lookup.py
- Source: off-newspaper-L-353_31-1.txt (52,220 lines, Bulgarian OJ)

73036022c5 full pipeline: regenerate SDS + compliance audit (64/64 checks, 100% pass) 
- Regenerated SDS Ethyl Acetate from template (.docx 267KB + PDF 267KB)
- Fixed Section 1.3 address (single correct Synthesia address)
- Added CLP 2024/2865 references throughout (ED/PBT/PMT/vPvM framework)
- Applied full Synthesia brand v1.0 (logo, ISO seal, Calibri, colors)
- Compliance audit: 64 checks across 42 regulations — 100% pass rate
- Script: scripts/full-pipeline.py (data-driven, reusable)

ea54333ab6 add sds-reference-template.docx from Claude + generate-from-template.py 
- Template: sds-reference-template.docx with logo/ISO seal embedded
- Script: generate-from-template.py uses template as base, fills SDS body
- Output: SDS_Ethyl_Acetate_REV1_EN.docx (268KB with images)

3f21fea906 generate corrected, branded SDS for Ethyl Acetate (v1, REV1) 
- Fix Section 1.3: clean up Synthesia address (remove Veliko Turnovo/PO box)
- Add CLP 2024/2865 references (new ED/PBT/PMT/vPvM hazard class framework)
- Apply v1.0 brand guide: Calibri, navy/steel blue palette, logo + ISO seal header
- Full 16-section format with proper property tables, H2 accent bars
- Output: PDF + HTML source in output/
- Script: scripts/generate-sds-ethyl-acetate.py (reusable)
